From my experience, at a hospital site, the security team is always wrong. The hospital staff orders security around, security is not security, it's more of a concierge service. Site supervisors will roll the employees under the bus to save the contract, no support from staff or managers.

A lot of people quit within the week when they find out they can’t have first shift Monday thru Friday. Upper management gives their favorites management positions even though they aren’t qualified. The people that do stay don’t stay for long
G4s management team is lazy and in the dark about what goes on! First level management frequently covers up what happens on a shift
Some people are good but the core management is terrible. Nobody takes responsibility for their failures or duties.
