Global Cost Leader (Current Employee) – Erie, PA – May 29, 2018
Pros: 1) Management and HR tend to react to employee concerns effectively. 2) Permissive (unlimited) vacation. 3) Summer hours...weekends that begin at 1:00p on Friday during the summer. 4) Collaborative. Invests in technology to facilitate worldwide communication.
Cons: 1) The company remains very political in how employees are promoted and compensated. 2) Very little on-the-job training. 3) Promotes career fluidity. No incentive for expertise or loyalty.
