If you fit both the technical requirements and the culture match, the process is quick (I submitted my resume, had a phone call interview, had an in person interview, and got an offer within about 3 weeks). I love it there and enjoy work/life balance.
I apply to position I am qualified for never get an answer. I was a temp for 6 months, my manager spoke to HR to get me hired he liked my work. HR sent me to interview for s position I was qualified for.
They told me they like to keep outstanding workers. I did not get the job all lies, people complained about the manager I worked for back stabbers, complain about the pay, bonuses, GM does not take care of the employees. Sad sick leave paid vacation I would like there job. I went in and worked I had no complaints
It was approximately 2 to 3 weeks. A recruiter will call first to see if you would be a match for the position available. If they thought you would be a fit you would than have an interview at the location in which you applied. If the ones interviewing thought you would be a good fit they would let the recruiter know. At that point they would have you take a drug test and do their back ground information they would need to offer you the position. If all was a success they would then offer you the position and pay.
