The work environment is push push push and then push some more with little regard to the employees and holding them to the highest standard without caring about anything except how much product gets pushed out the door.

I would help to make sure the employees in the plant and working at our outside units feel appreciated. It is hard to engage this section of the workforce and they do an amazing job.
