Training. Is not for all positions. It is a nice location to work, however people always leave for multiple reasons after just working there a few weeks to a few months.

If you want a career in Miami, you have to be bilingual. Trust me, I attended an open house/ interview session and witnessed myself. Of course the company will denied such practice.

Fast pace, 8-5, some weekends as well. Management wants you to work extra hard sometimes and do it for your pride of the company and team! Do they reward you and thank you for working hard? no, it's called doing your job, here's doughnuts, get back to work.
