Great workplace with good Results driven atmosphere

I liked this place a lot. There was seldom any blame game, just a drive to do better together. The only problem I saw was the tendency to prioritize customer retention over customer success. They also have a problem with advancement. I didn't learn as much as I'd liked because they didn't always trust me to do more ambitious things.

What started as a great startup with an excellent culture has quickly outgrown the best parts of itself and is slowly turning into a typical corporate environment that most of the employees there tried to escape from in a previous role.
