Great communication

Great company. Daily pay. Easy to book shifts. After a days work typically receive your pay within a couple of hours. Which is very convenient. Pay ranges, depends on the facility. This is an agency. Biggest con is shifts being canceled or driving to a facility that overbooked only to drive back home or search for somewhere else to work.

Easy to work for

I enjoy the flexibility of this company. It is a family oriented company. I get to make my own schedule. The only con is sometimes it can be difficult to reach someone. It just takes a little while. They've got better.

Work is getting harder to find

Good company good management although you will get sent to some crummy facilities they work with you and always have your back. Shifts are getting harder to find through them I'd assume due to the influx of people going agency.

Easy access to work with ok pay

Agency pays lower than other agencies but pay is available right after ending shift and you have lots of facilities to choose from. The work is definitely available for those considering leaving staff positions for full time agency work

Don't Waste your time here.

I HAD so many great things to say in the beginning, of my employment with gale; However, I get it, it's business and change is good, but being in an environment to where your being harassed and not getting the proper help, or even proper information is down right horrible for someone's mental health. I felt stressed on a daily basis starting my shifts because I knew I wouldn't have help and I would be criticized for my performance, instead of management finding ways to help me achieve their goal requirements, I even told them I have a learning disability so I learn slower then others. management including supervisor say they have your backs, and are here to help, a bunch of bologna, I get it, their positions are at risk, but if your going to have someone's back, actually have their backs. So many changes were put into place and it made working for gale a stressful environment, not a fun one anymore, Although I've only met, the owner once, he was a very friendly gentleman and I pray his company progresses, However don't waste your time applying for a position here, New management will not help you and will criticize and harass you and make you feel unworthy and not appreciated. Take my advice.
