Working hours are 37.5 per week, but most employees work way more than that. There is no work life balance at this company and no rewards for employees who go above and beyond to get the job done.

When you are interviewing they say 35 hour work week like that's a selling point but really I worked 50-55 hours a week, never 35 hours. They continue to give you more clients if you are doing well without asking if you can handle more work....that's why I left

35 is normal work week. If you work extra hours they don’t pay overtime but will give you that time off.

To keep up with the workload and other demands 10 - 12 hours days and a weekend day. Several co-workers complaints due to the constant grind of working long hours and never letting up. When it looks like you are keeping up, management gives you more work or want you to help someone else out. Hamster wheel environment..

Certain employees got to get earlier hours so that they didn't get in traffic and the newer employees got stuck with the later hours every day when traffic was horrible
