Commission structure should be introduced. You have all the traffic necessary to make big wins, but have no real motivation for you employees to push sales other than the circle of life.
And we are not talking huge commission percentages, but if a sales associate can potentially get 5% - 10% of the total sales that they make, you’ll have everyone on staff far more inclined to push the sale and attach more units per transaction.
Give them a small enough piece of the pie so they can eat too and watch your business thrive as you now have motivated drive.
No more clerking at the counter
Try to hire people that actually have gaming knowledge and retail experience then you might be able to sell more games and consoles just becuase somebody says they have played a video game doesnt mean they know how to sell it and vice versa
