Around two weeks.
The application process is first, then the interview process. There are two interviews and a background check that are done in about a week. Once you're hired, you're put into the system, and then there is orientation and safety modules to complete which will take at most, two days.

Interviews can be 1 time or 2 times. Drug test and background checks are required and must be squeaky clean. This is handled by an outside company and may take up to 30 days. 20 to 24 hours of training time is all that you are allowed to catch on.

I got hired through a work labor place, then they told me about the requirments of the job, You start there parttime Once you started working at the Warehouse they will eveluate you on your job performance after a certain amount of time passes The Supervisor will let you know if your eligible for fulltime or not. I think the wait time from parttime to fulltime is roughly around 6 months trial period.
