Helping travelers was always the best part of the job, and there were always a lot of great people to work there with. The culture started going downhill fast when the owner stopped running it. It used to be about wowing the customer with service. Now its all about sales and making money for the owner.

Most managers and supervisors and coworkers - more ... were really really great. They cared and they wanted to help the customers and employees. I always loved the people I worked with. They were like family. Then they replaced family with "TEAM".
