Policy should be enforced, systems should be updated rather then completely remodeled into another more complicated system. Proper training for new hires. Recognition and promotion.

The most stressful part i would have to say would be the fact that you have to go behind adults and or their kids and clean up behind them and working the the fitting rooms because you never know if somebody is stealing or what they are doing behind the door.
