Very up tight and micro-managing
The gap is a cool place to work. Gives good hours. Management team leaders are every nice
The culture is not what it used to be. Upper leadership is unprofessional and uncaring about their people.
The work environment is very lively, and great. The management is always supportive, and the customers are very loyal to the store in this location, so a great way to build connections and get to know the needs of your crowd.

The work environment at Gap was very unfriendly. Everyone had their separate groups as well as drama. It was hard to make friends, especially because I was new. It was times where people would not say hi or bye. I did have several occasions where I enjoyed working there. Most of them was because of the customers and because I did not feel alone with the few friends I made.
