Turn over is pretty high at West Hempstead location. Due to management not a good place to work

I would have to say there’s a lot of turnover when you leave base the guys are right you are on your own when you try to get a hold of your boss good luck after 330 pm boss is long gone and he doesn’t answer his cell phone

Very negative, a lot of cussing and actual yelling at her employees. No one respects anyone there. Everyone is miserable. Pay is low. Hours are 50-70 per week. Some verbal abuse on a daily basis. Don't work here if you aren't desperate.

Managers have no people skills. Some employees mess around to much having sax during work hours. I worked here in Fresno California for 3 years.

The work invironment is a serious one, every worker must be held to a higher standard. Team work is the top priority, paying attention to detail, getting involved in getting everything right, working together, accountability must be maintained
