Easy going, family atmosphere
Production Worker administration (Former Employee) –  New Holland, PAMarch 15, 2019
Everyone is very easy to get along with from the owner to the office, drivers and warehouse staff. I've done a little bit of everything for this company and never once had an issue. When I got sick I got flowers sent to me. I got discounts and got to try new foods! If I lived closer now I'd still be working there unfortunately my husband had an offer he couldn't refuse in an entirely different state. I wish this company all the best!

Unrealistic Expectations
Sales & Marketing Administrator (Current Employee) –  New Holland, PASeptember 5, 2018
This company does not have their act together. The expectations are unrealistic compared to the training that is provided. There is no room for growth as you are constantly being critiqued by co-workers. There is no clear chain of command. This is not a healthy work environment .

Productive small company that has its growing pains
Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) –  New Holland, PAJanuary 10, 2017
This company is fairly relaxed in nature, however, due to its small number of employees (under 40 employees total), each person has to wear many hats and is not fairly compensated for the work that is required of them. In addition, pay is not always fair, managers get overpaid, hard workers get underpaid. Company is busier during the fall-spring seasons. Laid back atmosphere when business is steady, unrealistic expectations when business is booming. Normal work week is 40-50 hours per week.
Pros
Laid back atmosphere, friendly employees
Cons
No health insurance, low compensation, seasonally overworked

Look to be welcomed in a family style atmosphere. Positive attention is what they are looking for. Normally you don't have to work weekends.
