Every member of the staff, from administrator to housekeeping, contributes to the culture of caring at Gardner Heights. Home-like environment with lots of activities for residents. Administration has an open-door policy and all staff, from every department from the bottom to the top, are treated with respect as all are part of the team working towards caring for the residents. Truly a pleasure to have worked at Gardner Heights.
Efforts are made to show appreciation for staff members and no shift is left out!
No central air conditioning, but fans and window a/c units are placed in residents rooms, staff and residents are offered ice cream and fluids during hot weather.
