Mental Health Technician (Former Employee) –  Garland, TXOctober 25, 2017
worked there for almost a year and was the worse hospital i have ever worked at. administration is a bunch of idiots who have no idea how to run a hospital putting not only patients but staff in the most danger. I was the only tech on the floor with 16 manic patients got attacked by a patient and got fired before they even did an investigation and then completely lied when they got caught. still thinking about lawsuit. dont work here. multiple people everyday was quitting and walking out due to the dangerous environment they expect you to work in

Executive Administrative Assistant to CEO (Former Employee) –  Garland, TXAugust 6, 2017
The workplace culture is made up of staff who really go the extra mile and are family oriented. We had a great leadership team that made going to work each day worthwhile and the staff really strived to provide a safe and therapeutic miliue to its patients.

They lack proper training. They will not help you learn what you need to do your job properly. They do not train you to work the programs efficiently.
