High workload, poor management

High overturn of employees and management, nothing stays consistent. In my 2 years the Customer Service dept was overseen by 4 different managers, and we heard the same happenings in the other departments. Work load was very heavy which required overtime to due job sufficiently. If you just need a job and keep your head down this is a good place with fair pay. If you value your job and clients with respect and proper management this is NOT the place for you.
