Poor Management
Written by Respiratory Therapist (Former Employee) from Oakland, MD on April 6, 2018
Cardiopulmonary department is understaffed and the management is incompetent as to what the job entails, You can’t effectively take care of patients due to the workload and that’s ok to them because they are still getting paid, I would not suggest putting your license on the line for this employer.
ProsAffordable lunch
ConsNo breaks, Poor Management, High Workloads
