The management at this office is lazy and unproductive. They expect you to do more so they don't have to. There's no help with patients or answering phones from management. While they sit in the office, they expect the staff to answer multi line phones, check in patients, verify insurance, requests referrals and deal with upset patients. No help from the manager. Also, they ask you to reschedule the doctors office schedule on a weekly basis. You come across upset patients who have been reschedule 3 or 4 times. The office Manager does not help deal with the issues. There are days you only get 30 minutes for lunch because the office is so busy. However, the office manager always takes an hour and a half. Always claiming to go to the "post office". Do yourself a favor and don't work for this office.
