This company could be an awesome career for many, but the pay isn't reasonable to the work that each agent brings to the table. Supervisors are tasked with a lot of responsibilities, but do not get any bonus for an amazing week with on time departures and 100% bag scans. Agents get in trouble for getting paid to work through their lunch breaks even - more ... though they don't have the time to take one.
