Hire managers and supervisors who are both trained and have knowledge of what our customers need, and also a presence during our shifts. Needs leaders, not holding down a desk all day and all night.
Basic experience in the field. What brought me to this interview and what did I expect to get out of the interview. Salary was also discussed.
We were told we get a raise at 6mths and this is now going on 2 mths later and nobody can get an answer to our raise. From past experience at the 1yr mark we are suppose to get raises but it usually takes a couple months for them to give you the raise with no retroactive pay.
