More hours than you would want. Overtime pay. Annual pay increase nominal.

Puts quality control on a lesh. Plant manager needs to take responsibility for all employees performance. Especially supervisors. You cannot be compassionate about your employees health and family life if you do not provide the time necessary to afford such a life. Sleep deprivation affects one's health. If your prone to sinus infections, then you definitely don't want to work here. Dust masks are not part if the standard PPE.

Do NOT judge a job by its cover

Came in as a Custodian. Place needs loads of cleaning. Worked here for 2/3 days. Was instantly given my own schedule with no training, just a tour of the plant. Even with having a schedule I was thrown other work multiple times that wasn’t yet assigned to the schedule before I could even learn the plant and get a routine with what I was given. Was then told that I could not keep pace with said schedule because I was doing another unscheduled area, in which they sent me to do, that pulled me away from my scheduled duties. Was given a person to report to but could rarely find them if I had questions or concerns. Was never pulled aside and redirected or communicated with about their concerns or taught how to properly complete work safely and reach their standards, just told to leave. Was left alone to figure things out then told I wasn’t good enough. Felt like I was setup to fail and judged harshly and incorrectly without proper time to learn and adjust. Should be having conversations WITH employees to help growth, not ABOUT them, especially when information is incorrect.

Horrible management horrible pay horrible hours horrible co workers like servicing time in a prison... Never have I worked in such a horrible job I wish I could say what I feel but I can't

It's a alright place to work if you need a job

The only way you make money is overtime they would rather pay for temps then pay the people who work there better they give you the bare minimum and expect the world and then some from you. Unless you like your nose a little brown you'll never get anywhere

Great Office Setting

Typical small office job, must wear multiple hats daily. PTO includes vacation and sick time. Pretty laid back and not much micromanaging going on. Trusted to get my work done in a timely fashion.
