this job I am telling you if you have a real life and kids don't come work here they don't care about nothing .this company is upside down they will mandatory you to stay no matter what .And if you sick they don't care .yeah they pay good but only if you get real hours .And they have favoritism on everything. the management need a lot of help with their communication issues a lot of times they don't talk much and when that happens the company falls away .There is not really enjoyable about this company .
It was horrible. Management is very unorganized and unprofessional. There is so much favoritism when it comes to overtime. The work hours are horrible, you can work a 4 or 8 hour shift and plus you can get mandatory overtime and end up working sometimes 16+ hours. Hours can vary, which is not stable for an adult with responsibilities. They have no regards or understanding towards people personal lives. They use you when it’s beneficial to them when they’re short of staff.
The only problem there is management. They have like an empire. They want you to follow the rules but management break their own rules. A lot of MANDATORY overtime, favoritism and they accommodate who they want regardless of seniority. I won't have enough space to say all the things they do. I went to the very own CEO to solve the issue and as soon they saw an opportunity, they set me up and got me fired hiding important info from CEO.
LAX Security Coordinator (Current Employee) – Los Angeles, CA 90045 – December 10, 2017
Never minded the hours much, but be prepared to listen to all the old grumps whine their entire shifts. You get paid more than half the people around you for doing a lot less work. What more could you ask for?
Security Coordinator (Former Employee) – Chicago, IL – October 9, 2017
Their turnover rate is horrible and for obvious reasons: Working in a freezer with no proper equipment or fair warning. Low pay despite years of experience. Unprofessional is an understatement My advice isd to keep looking elsewhere because even if you settle for them they will hire and fire people left and right. Many people have quit the job after they see how bad it is for themselves.
Security Coordinator (Former Employee) – Schiller Park, IL – July 26, 2017
It is a good working place. Time flies. You learn what should be on the food carts before they go on the plan. The management isn't to bad they are ok. They do not have enough people for everything to be done.
Is an Ok job if you are looking for a place to make some money. Some of the cons are the fiscal aspect related to this position since we have to check over 100 food cats a day. Also, we have to perform this task exposed to weather conditions.
Security Coordinator (Former Employee) – Astoria, NY – January 21, 2017
Nothing much but another job, but it would be great if they paid way more or at least when they upgrade your pay at least $3 but not even. makes you feel dead inside because you have nothing to look forward to if the pay was better then at least you have a paycheck to look forward too, the union sucks also they don't do anything to help with the pay or anything.
