The hardest part of the job

The hardest part of the job would be acclimating to the poor communication which often times leads to project failures. There is a high turn over in management which leads to further problems.

Company needs to improve employee relations. Training and Development needs to be at the forefront of their business strategy planning. It is time to evolve and keep up with the rest of the world. Working long hours doesn't mean more productivity.
