Easy if you do what they tell you to do
Lots of overtime available
Works with you if you need a day off

Management does a lot for the employees to show appreciate for hours worked. Hourly pay with commission if you hit goal. Works with you if goal isn’t hit as long as you are trying.

Yes it is a very relaxed environment for the most part decent pay but very stressful lots of favoritism no room to grow poor management rude team leads lots of drama the job is not secured at all and they are very unprofessional I would not even recommend this place me my worst enemy.

The pay is mediocre as well as the benefits. It is a call center with various BPO contracts and the atmosphere varies per contract. They do try to have fun. Nice new facility.

horrible company
This company is nothing but full of racist white people. The management plays favorites & could care less about the employees. The supervisors do whatever they want when ever they want and talk about the employees. When the employees confront the supervisors the employees are in the wrong. This place needs to be shut down. Very unprofessional and i would not recommend for anyone. Also they are dirty and have rats and roaches. You can not trust your management team because they all talk about the employees

They will be getting sued
Bad culture, no ethics, no care, managers date supervisors, everyone is miserable, old, messy, petty, and dont know anything. Half of them cant spell or speak english, they stay getting sued by consumers. They do not have competitive pay - they expect you to work like a slave to get cheated out of your commission. No one is educated because they've been there all of their lives. The workspace in Omaha is embarrassing, and they only have 12 people that run a whole office, but lie when clients come. Inappropriate conversations on the call floor, managers complain about the Ops manager, but they dont have half the skills he got - its a skin color thing. Just aweful. I am truly their loss. The kids they have working as HR managers just made matters worse and they will be getting sued. :)

Hard place to work
The new Management team is horrible. They play favoritisms to people they like and talk down and belittle the ones they don’t like. Manager is constantly late and leaves regular employee, not the team lead, an employee, set up dialers, go through other employees commissions. Manager doesn’t keep other employees personal life confidential. When she gets upset she will throw it in your face in front of everyone on the floor. No flexible hours. You have to pay for parking to work in the complex with no discounts. No room for improvement. They don’t hire from within for management. Unprofessional environment with management and employees speaking about their sexual lives.

If you want a laid back jobthis ia the job for you. No phone cell policy,, turn over rate is crazy.... I saw 3 ppl walkout in 2 days.. Drug test easy to pass

Horrible place to work
There is no moral. If they want you gone they figure out a way to get you out the door. I work 4 times harder than my fellow supervisors and got in trouble for too many badge punches in 1 day due to working on computer stations.

Sit and Wait for your Termination Date
I would never recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a serious position or for job security. You’re not fully equipped to do well at your job and if you’re not the right person for this line of work, you will struggle.....and at any given point you are at risk for termination. Working here expecting to stay long is wishful thinking for employees because of the clients they choose to do business with; they make it next to impossible for employees to take time off, the client will set you up to fail at every corner if an accident is made, you’ll feel continuously discouraged/belittled, and the overall call center culture of expecting a robotic manner of following scripts perfectly every time with heightened scrutiny can be overwhelming. Don’t waste your time applying if you can’t force yourself into perfect alignment with ever-changing policies and expectations...”per the client’s request”. If you do apply and take the job, just keep in mind that you are a temporary seat-filler, just another number - it’s the same with many other employers. You will be a sitting duck awaiting termination at some point due to the many changes, accidents you make, and potential layoffs.....that’s just how it goes.

It’s an ok place to work
The place is fine. It doesn’t hold you to the standard of other call center such as Intuit or Geico but it is definitely growing. If it had more room for advancement it would make the job a lot better.

The office is filled with drama and management is practically absent. You are not provided with the information needed to preform your job within a timely manner. This place is a communication nightmare. You also have to pay $80 a month for parking.
Pros
You can spend your entire shift watching Netflix or doing school work.

Poor everything, the management uses outdated intimidation tactics for little or no gain.

I found that the atmosphere was stressed by management with low emotional intelligence


Pay was dismal and unrewarding with a commission system that neither paid well nor was consistent and pitted teammates against one another.

Family friendly and understanding
The policies are constantly changing and management is not updating the employees in a timely manner but yet chastise and mark down employees for not doing what they were supposed to do after said change. Also, the management never seems to know what the others are doing. Not to mention there is always controversies in policies and misinformation provided to the reps. The trainer is knowledgable and does their best with what they are given to work with, but it falls on upper management and the company as a whole, not the trainer or front line reps who are the ones taking the calls.

They're VERY blunt about favoritism. You don't advance unless every supervisor there lines you. Both Main supervisors brought up excuses whenever employees brought up terrible management. SERIOUSLY IGNORE THIS JOB

Dont waste your time !!!!!!
Working at Gatestone was wonderful at first ! For a young person with no experience and it paid 13.00 it was a go ! They fill your head with lies of“moving up “ in the company but that’s not true ! The only people who get good positions are theose that are the two oldest and more ( Technology advance) people or if the supervisor has known you for years! They work for a third party collecting agency that is band in most states do to their poor business. They take your pto and vacation time when you don’t make up hours you missed that week ! DO NOT APPLY FOR GATESTONE IN FREDERICKSBURG VA !!!!!

Training needs improvement
The best part of the job is the helpfulness of the Team Leads, they are always open to help with seeing the team improve. However, training needs improvement because sending workers out with less experience is stressful for workers and the customers they speak with.

Amazing supervisors and coworkers
I love the people I work with very much, and I enjoyed my job in the beginning. But now, with the inconsistency of schedule changing I am looking for a more stable time. I have a 3 year old and I can’t keep doing 5:30am to 1:30 pm then the next month do 7am to 3pm then god knows what’s next.

That's it.

The management team is unfair and disrespectful to its employees. Team leads have engaged with their employees by going on dates with some. Department heads are purposefully rude and belittling. They hire anyone even the most uneducated people. The staff is very ghetto and think they deserve the utmost respect.They go through HR reps and employees almost quarterly, because they all quit or are fired. I do not recommend working here.
