Interesting population, poor work environment.

The patients at the hospital are very sick but can be incredibly rewarding to work with. Mostly patients with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. Everyday is something different. However the culture at the hospital it terrible. A lot of the nursing deparement is awful and hate their jobs so they make it difficult for other departments to do their job. - more ...
