They have no idea what is going on. Coworkers were punching in then leaving and going to the movies. They would hire incompetent people while good people suffered

They work you to death and don't pay much. High rate of turnover. I would not recommend, they can't keep anyone longer than a month. They don't offer many benefits either.

Good to start out

Overall a great experience with this company. The hour and benefits worked out for me at that time. The pay was the only minor issue I had, but it was a pay job, in the meantime while transition to move to something new.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?It honestly wasn't stressful at all. I went into kidney failure that's the only reason I'm not there anymore. Very poorly managed from admin and up! No one in school "leadership" actually lead and know the job they just collect checks and pass the buck! Promised bonuses in July only to walk everything back and eliminate positions after stating multiple times throughout the year that we're the best we've even been financially . I get companies have ups and downs but the drastic downs in a matter of months is very misleading. They've constantly stated salaries would be competitive to local districts but you come out making at least 15000 less than a metro district z. Gave raises only to walk them back.

What is the best part of working at the company?Plenty of hours.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Incompetent coworker, under staffed, low pay, nonexistent regional management, lack of supplies, unethical practices.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Hostile, incompetent culture, environment often hazardous.What is a typical day like for you at the company?Run through inventory, supply carts, look for substitutes for supplies we didn't get in shipment such as pinesol or bleach, determine what we can do until a truck becomes available to travel the factory compound(if it becomes available), if none is available we walk and drive across the road in our own vehicle.

Garage Coordinator (Current Employee) - Orlando, FL - December 31, 2022

No vacation, sick time or holiday pay. Low wages. No break for 10 hours schedule as garage coordinator. I get same pay as someone new as garage coordinator. I been with this company for 8 years and just got a raise. The only time I made more money is to change positions.
