I have worked in three different departments in the networking side and each manager handled the interviews different. The first interview I had two managers and the director in the interview. It was very technical, and they asked open-ended questions. The last two interviews I had was with one manager and one employee. They had a list of questions, but it was also open-ended and very technical.

There is no sick leave, there is just leave. The policy when I left was every two weeks worked, received 7.5 hours of leave. The leave would carry on to the next year as long as did not reach past 300 hours. Anything past 300 hours was lost.

No benefits were offered through GCI seeing as they are a small family owned business. I never received paid time off, vacation, healthcare, dental, vision. Nothing. The closest thing GCI offered to benefits were the dirty old first aid kit kept in the job trailer.
