High energy place that fosters healthy (most places don’t get this right) competition among the teams and individuals. Their method of making you learn not just the product and subject/content of that product from ground up really works. By making each sales rep learn how to source/find/identify their own leads AND then develop them on our own gives - more ... us lead gen and biz dev skills we wouldn’t have had otherwise. ConsCan be rigid with some corporate rules/policies, too willing to terminate an associate and replace than really figure out why it wasn’t working, not always feeling like we were on the up and up
