How is feedback from management delivered at GEICO?

64 answers

  • Horrible. The management is horrible and they treat their employees horribly. They pressure you to do things you’re not supposed to do and mock you if you do something wrong.

  • Feedback is managed through my supervising attorney's email or WEBEX

  • GEICO is the 2nd worst employer I’ve worked for Terrible Management
Micromanaging 100% of your time & calls

They play favorites with sending unpredictable calls to least favorite associate and give those to the people they like the best the for sure sale

  • Poorly, through group humiliation or not at all

  • Good

  • Rarely, if at all.

  • email, verbal, video conference, webex teams, etc

  • Via townhall that you have to use lunchbreak to attend.

  • With warnings about not able to meet expectations that were never created to be met. Very non customer service oriented business..

  • Generally feedback on your performance is provided weekly by your supervisor and monthly as a cumulative end-of-the-month review. If you are not meeting expectations, a manager may be present. As far as company feedback, it may be provided in a monthly meeting or a special meeting will be provided as a group. Some information that associates may be interested in such as company results, growth and departmental changes is not directly communicated effectively.
