I would start by paying people for the hours they actually work and not pressure people into working for free off the clock. Then I would hire enough people to do the work. Finally I would look for solutions to make the processes easier and more efficient instead of them becoming more complicated and difficult
I would Sell geico to ALLSTATE because they're bETTER. They off er free or reduced lunch.
Better management and listen to the representatives. Management have no idea what’s going on dealing with answering phones all day.
More support staff.
Stop changing all the rule and guidline and goals every month! You never understand what happening because they try to make people unsettled to keep them on their toes and stressed.
Stop treating your employees like sweat shop workers
Revamp management. Retain quality employees who are self starters. Not run good employees in the ground and out the door. Allow them to do their job without being over their shoulder.
Pay people for working over and actually listen to employees
Fire all of upper management and start fresh.
Stop the micromanaging , be more flexible
