What tips or advice would you give to someone interviewing at GEICO?

Horrible interview process, complete waste of time.
Make it less of a hassle, this isn’t the best job out there for everything you gotta go thru.
Don’t do it.
Make sure you over prepare yourself for the interview. I wanted this job so badly because It involves everything I love and I did not get it.
Be prepared to do roleplay for a job on the phone.

Be anxious for a challenge, be confident and kind. The job can be done, at the expense of everything else.
This should not be your Plan A
It's a good job to get your foot in the insurance world but is not a job recommended for a career. If you actually care about what you do dont waste your or geicos time. Your goal is to get as many calls as you can doesnt matter if it's done wrong which inturn effects the customers
Don't do it unless it is your last resort
Practice typing timed sentences on the computer at home. Be enthusiastic, they love seeing that!
