Many long term staff retired or left. This required the use of agency staff. Although apparently qualified, they did not offer the same support as before. This made the atmosphere very difficult as reliance on others is imperative in this setting. Management was not supportive in many cases and allowed infractions to occur by select staff.I enjoyed - more ... interactions with patients but this was limited by other job responsibilities. Inappropriate admissions were a frequent occurrence. - less
ProsBenefits, some supportive staff
Consstress level, poor management and support
