After the initial training you are sent to your store where little to no further training is given for any other tasks or roles. The management of the department has no direct control of the schedule, time and attendance, or ways to correct employees who are not meeting standards. The store is union which provides a set amount of hours, but also protects employees who keep falling behind and setting everyone else back. Employees call in sick a lot with little to no consequence so those who are there are consistently asked to stay longer or work two roles at once. The department is understaffed and management has shown no signs of hiring.
