If you are in need of a job or a stepping stone then go for it but you'll be disappointed if you want to make this a career.

Lack of advancement. Lack of training. Mandatory 7 day work week for months on end and then you are chastised for wanting to take a day and spend time with family and friends. Management can never get the operation running smoothly and plays the blame game when things go awry, which is everyday.
Very high turnover rate. This company will hire tons - more... of temporary employees, improperly train them and then fire them because they cannot meet production quotas only to repeat the cycle over and over again. Maintenance has to basically run the machines because operators are improperly trained.
Favo ... - less
ProsCompetitive pay and benefits. Bonuses if you get one.
Consmandatory 7 day work week for months on end. New age sweat shop. Management doesn't have a clue
