Allow graduates more time to grow into their position. You can go to the academy and can’t gwt hired in the salon. 6k in loans later. I was trained hired and fired.

Higher salary, better health insurance. Hire part timers to accommodate schedule needs, especially if you pay front desk staff minimum wage. Be innovative and challenge the status quo: invest in marketing to drive business for stylists, create events to drive business for the spa. Get rid of the bad seeds, invest in quality employees. Compensate properly to avoid high turnover. Use six sigma philosophy. You lose the good ones because you don’t treat them right.
