Slave driving company. The quality of the part's our very risky @ times because of technician's taking short cuts, Because of the work load.

Also supervisors are very not company friendly.
All they care is production and themselves.

The work atmosphere is very cliquey. About half of every shift click up with each other. Very stressful not worth going home everyday hating your job.

Great!!! Facilities are beautiful inside and out. General Atomics has a great culture. They strongly support work/life balance and provide a great work environment and work pace. Employees are not stressed, and are provided with the resources they need to do their job safely and efficiently. Pay is very competitive, if not above, the industry standard.

The culture in the two sections I worked in was always poor. Since it is mostly ex-military, your peers are fun. The management and possibility of a promotion leave much to be desired.
