It takes quite awhile to hear anything initially. It took more than 3 months to get the invitation to come in for testing. After passing the testing phase, if you pass interview phase the job offer will come relatively quickly. However, from submitting my application to actual start date was approx 6 months

It really depends on which facility you're applying to & how quickly that facility is needing the extra staffing. In my case it took 6mos from application to start date. It was worth the time taken tho!

You get 2 weeks but the plant shuts down 5 times a year so you really don't have your choice of vacation because you need it to cover the days your off

This TOTALLY depends on which plant AND which department within the plant. Our facility manufactures multiple products. Each department sets their own hours, shift schedules(voted in by employees)
