They pay is decent but too much work and not enough time off. All work and very little play makes for cranky workers. My shift/dept has a great working environment which helps. Not all shifts/depts in our plant do, however.

Working differently = overload/stress for employees, while management continued to work & expect the same results. EVERYONE needs to "work differently". The current system does not work.
