Super loud (hearing seriously compromised), lots of change overs (every couple of days), back breaking work, under paid, bizarre misguided management that believes this is the best they or you will ever do. Pretty sad.
Work overload. Being successful difficult if not impossible. Management Corrective Action excessive- when it was management that needed to change work style and expectations.
Young management that was corrective action happy. Did something wrong and it was a write up. Every time you got talked to it was a coaching and went in your record
Work life balance. Lots of forced overtime with little or no exceptions. 12-16 hr days 7days a week when busy, layoffs when slow.
