Supervisor in Fairfax Plant (kck)
on March 10, 2015
Being on time and Attendance was very important. the line started at the top of the hour beginning each shift rather your at your station or not. I learned to use a bunch of different power tools, read manifest and 6 months after working there I was put into the "pool" where I was responsible for Relieving workers and replace anyone that would miss days. Management was very distant but handled a comfortable workplace. Co-workers was very welcoming. Hardest thing about the job was Keeping up with the line until you get the hang of things. I loved the wages and scheduling.

Coworkers felt like a family away from home.Longer hours, good benefits it could be a fun place to work sometime. It was nice to be able to listen to music while you work.

Your typical assembly production job. Good pay and benefits but at the expense of time & physical health. Great job to have for anyone without a college degree.

Would be a great place to work in MF the auto industry was stable. My co-workers are great and management isn’t too bad if you do your job. Semiconductor shortages are expected to keep plant on a roller coaster.
