Pay the employees a fair wage. Treat them with respect. Have a fair system for handing out walk in guests. Sell memberships at the same price to EVERYONE. The person running the company, just below the owners, is very very fake. He acts like he loves everyone but talks behind their backs. The person running Genesis needs to be sincere- and needs to change working conditions there. The company has a horrible reputation both with the public and current and pass staff. They are very abusive. No holidays off. You will work 6 days a week.
Change the hours the fitness advisors work, and actually teach the clients how to become healthier, instead of just signing up for a membership and never seeing them be. be more invested in the people
