Only to the CNA'S when they are short staff.

If you've been there over a year and work ft you have the normal benefits, 7-10 day vacation(depending on how long you worked there), sick time, etc.. Hoilday pay(time and half if you work, 7.5 straight hours added if you dont-as long as you dont call in the day before or after the hoilday). You did get a pay differential for other shifts, dor nursing staff it was $.50 for eve and $1.00 for noc

In Colorado Springs, Genesis is offering a $500 sign on bonus for CNA’s that pays out at 60, 120 and 365 days IF you agree to work for them for one full year. I’m coming up on my 60 days so we will see if they keep their word!

No bonuses nd like most said they only offer $100-$200 depending on how bad they need you... but my problem is they are paying agency bookoo money.
