I think the Administration and program director do not know how to resolve issues between the staff. They try to intemidate you.The morale is very low. There are no raises, incentives, or respect given from the admin on down. It’s very unease and negative environment. If you are looking for a job please let this be only temporary position.

Management, well lets just say their is none. Nasty facility until they here State is coming boy they get it in gear to clean the place up running all over the place trying to cover up the obvious. They just DON'T CARE

I left because my pay rate was decreased when I went from full time to per diem. I thought it was to go up as a per diem nurse.....this place sucked!!

11 years with benefits no 4 week vaca Denied every time. But other people can take a month off. no call no shows still have a job. Get yelled at for calling out. Seniority means nothing. Med techs run the building corporate greed

Company did not care for staff concerns or the safety of their residents.It was all about the almighty dollar.Started as a floor nurse then building supervisor and finally nurse educator in my 17 years with Genesis.EverythingI earned was partially if not permanently taken back.Four weeks vacation taken back to threeYearly raises capped till you were no longer eligible for a raise just a review. Forced to donate to company employee relief fund or be ridiculed in morning meeting by administrator and DON. Also told that it was expected you would freely give extra hours every week without compensation or face reprisal.When there was call outs no replacements allowed and you would be told it was the fault of your peers that you were short staffed so deal with it. That is just a few things ga I could go on forever

Vacation denied after 11 years of service and using pillow cases for towels we have no call no shows and they have a job the next day seniority means nothing
