They are short if you are hourly. They pressure salaried management to treat >50% productivity causing 10-12 hour days when their salary is based on 40 hrs/week.
Be dependable! I have 2 days a week, due to having over hires because of employee history. Love the residents, love my job... but I'm afraid I have to go where I can do more, for my family, and the residents...
