I feel that insurance companies are moving away from field case management and starting to use more telephonic CM. I think Genex is financial secure, but I don't think need for FCM is going to be as strong in the future.

Supervisors in Field Case Management would look through their manager's files to look for coaching/training opportunities.
Sales Team would work harder to support managers to prevent layoffs.
