What is the best part of working at the company?The best part is working for a company who shows concern for their employees and the client they serve. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Like any job there is stress. The stressful part is not having your recruiter on site with you and having to leave messages and feel like you are playing tag. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?I really enjoyed the people I worked with and there was a feeling of working together as a team.What is a typical day like for you at the company?Each day was different. When dealing with people a lot plays into what kind of day you were going to have. Which definitely made it fun

What is the best part of working at the company?My recruiter is the best! He always looks out for me and answers my texts, calls and questions promptly. I always feel like he has my back. Also, healthcare plan and 401k/Roth IRA savings are provided if you so desire. There are plenty of referral bonuses, longevity bonuses and monetary rewards.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Agency work has it pros and cons. You don't have to get involved in the day to day BS if you don't want to. But, unfortunately, some facilities have staff who don't appreciate your presence ( you get the best shifts and you're making twice as much as they are) They can be nasty. You'll need thick skin.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?friendly, helpful, positive. The whole process is easy- they use a paper timesheet that the employee fills out, gets it signed by a supervisor, and faxes it to Genie once a week. It's great getting paid weekly! They don't harp on you, complain that you're doing something they don't like or judge you. My recruiter is my only real connection and I can trust him. What is a typical day like for you at the company?shift work at whatever facility Genie has set up for you

Ok company good job security, sometimes Recuiter try to send to places you may have already told them you don’t wanna go and push it. Rates have dropped since last year.

Been with genie doing contract work over a year, had an amazing recruiter who just left, but new recruiter seems eager. Pay has been great always on time no big issues

No offer of pto, sick time ect. Not supportive of their staff. Could care less about work environments or issues that arise. I wouldn't recommend this agency.

Great Place to Learn and Grow

There can be stressful days (and weeks), but overall it is a great environment. We have a great team who help each other learn and grow. The flexibility to take off, or work from home as need is great. As long as the work gets done, you're golden.

Most fun place to work, work is dependent on how hard you work. Market can fluctuate but bosses are very understanding and work hard to make for a great company.
