It was long.. It was a 3.5 hour interview so be prepared. ALL of the managers and HR reps was very welcoming and nice. It’s a panel interview with about 6 people and a manager. It was a well organized interview. They truly seem like a great company to work for !

When I took the job at Genpact I was a little hesitant because of all the young people and the first few days of training the unprofessional conversations that were taking place by the leads over the training class was a way too much if they showed up to teach the class that day if not then someone else would be thrown in to teach the class with no idea what to do which mean sitting for hours waiting for them to go over what they thought the plan was for that day .training was 8 weeks long coming out of train not really knowing still what to do because some material were not not taught because we were told we would not have going forward which turned out to be a lied which affected your score for poor training and months later the trainers all young people either fired or quit ..but u are stuck and don't ask for help from the ones that are supposed to help with questions that's where the favorite come in if not Your're on your own to figure things out and your FLM doesn't know anything because he has not been train to know anything but sit at his or her computer and hold inappropriate conversations with the others guys and girls on his team. Instead of being a lead a big mess a lot of cursing N words thrown around all over the place stealing you name it its there oh not to mention the loud Smell of Marijuana from the parking lot to inside ..on lunch if you're sitting in your car on lunch the person sitting in their car next to you would be firing up a big one on lunch break and this was everyday ..then if your number not where they should be so they say how could they be with not the proper training they put you back through trying to retrain you so the say but they are not getting rid of any one so they say but this is where it all goes down hill and they start firing people with families and Bills to pay don't come in the room and tell the call that you are not getting rid of anyone its just a retrain because you got better material and then you let them go right at Christmas Time Bad move..If I could give this company a zero I would I participated in Vitality racked up lots of points and never got my payment for that good thing I had cashed in my points for gifts cars after they let me go of I hadn't I would have lost all my points for merchandise or gift cards that I worked so hard building an putting time in and had pound left and the shut it down so I could not get the rest of my points of pay me for my gym.
