Interesting and Challenging
Certified HR professional & trainer (Former Employee) –  IndianaApril 19, 2018
Learnt excel in and out, before joining knew only basics. Learnt to make reports in excel. Promotion doesnt happen easily despite slogging and being the best performer. Most efforts are undermined though it all depends on the immediate manager. As an MNC they strive to provide good facilities to employees though they were not best in the industry

Principal Consultant (Former Employee) –  New York, NYApril 18, 2018
Good company to work for and expect management to push you to the limit to improve your IT skills. Often worked weekends, but was worth the effort because my overall organization and skills were positively impacted.

Social Media Content Review Analyst (Former Employee) –  Richardson, TXApril 6, 2018
Job it self is good in the first 2 months once you are placed on a team it just becomes unorganized, polices changing with low communication. People get fired over scores but not over fights or people stealing your stuff. The company worries about the wrong things and doesn't focus on the employees as much. Nobody agrees on the same things. There is a lot of stuff that can be worked. Management is horrible a great deal of favoritism!!!
Pros
Pay
Cons
Feels like you are in school, very limited freedom.

Media Content Review Analyst (Current Employee) –  Richardson, TXApril 6, 2018
Genpact fails to deliver on its promises and "integrity" is flexible to them however much they espouse it. Don't bother, it's absolutely not worth your time.

Content Analyst Review (Former Employee) –  Richardson, TXApril 5, 2018
FLM managers are hired on, because of experience in management. People skills are not what they look for. You do work for a client, who is finnicky. Dirt flows south, so when they arent happy, content review analyst arent.

They say you can change your schedule if you have a dire need of it.
2nd job is not a dire need.
Your children at daycare is not a dire need.
If you dont like it, leave.

These team members act like high schoolers. Teachers pet, all that is here. Many people left call centers to gt off of phones, but dont expect a change here. Better off at the call center.

Policies, no cell phone, no music, no books, no papaer. Clean room environment.
If your speaking too loud, prepare to have a point docked from u. 1 minute late from break or lunch. Point apiece.

You can be promoted within 90 days, then the 90 days comes and they change that to 90 days after initial 90 days if your entry performance was good.
You get promoted, 9 weeks for pay change to reflect. No backdated pay.

But you better do your duties well before then, or be terminated. Cause employees really deserve better.
Pros
Free healthy snacks, massages, a game room with broken and stolen equipment
Cons
Short breaks, management. Broken air condition

Agent (Former Employee) –  Richardson, TXMarch 28, 2018
If you like being lied to daily, and working being stressed out daily, watching some bad content and only allowed 9 mins to regroup , management is a joke and no one can be together to get the jobs done correctly because it is all a matter of conception and your understanding of policies. To sum it up not a good job!

Utterly lacking in ethical standards
Training Manager (Former Employee) –  Irvine, CAMarch 19, 2018
From the top of the organization, employees are told that the number one priority is "Integrity". However, I was deeply saddened to learn that they say this without any merit whatsoever. The corporation is absolutely abusive in its treatment of its employees. I've honestly never seen anything like it.
Pros
Can't think of any.
Cons
Unethical, abusive and utterly lacking in integrity.

Great at first, but quickly changes
Social Media Content Reviewer (Current Employee) –  Richardson, TXMarch 1, 2018
The biggest problem with this company is communication. The content review policies change almost daily, and even the people making these changes don't seem to fully understand them. Your job completely relies upon the understanding of these policies, so as you can imagine it is incredibly frustrating to do your job. Everything else is the same way. Benefits, time off, sick days... you will hear contradictory things from everyone on these issues. And there is no follow up. On top of all this, the nature of the job requires you to view horrific videos and images. It is hard to tell what has a larger psychological impact, the graphic nightmarish content that you view, or the absolute incompetence of management. But the paycheck is good!

Not the best for Non Indians
Relationship Manager (Former Employee) –  New York, NYFebruary 20, 2018
The hardest part of the job is trying to fit in as a non Indian. A number of the employees do not speak English in the office. Management doesn't do a great job to create an inclusive environment. At times, it may be easier to work from home for this very reason.
Pros
Left overs from lunch meetings often
